going places

I spent a good 5-mornings (1-hour each) construction these magnificio monuments. I've always like puzzles, stuffs that i could assemble like Tamiya cars, and the above. These are made of some kind of Styrofoam and paper. There are 99pcs in total for all the 5 Mini Architecture Series: World Famous 1. No tools required, easy to assemble, educational and great deco items. Many people were saying that my son should be fiddling with these, not me!!! I dont care. I like em!!

The one on the left is Burj Al-Arab, Dubai, UAE. My first monument and i didn't know i had to be gentle...heheh. Anyway, some people mistook it for MENARA TELEKOM, BANGSAR. kahkahkah...It's the world's tallest and ONLY 7 star hotel. There are some emails flying around about Agassi playing Tennison the helipad. how true is it?

The one on the right is, well, what else, Petronas Twin Tower, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Also quite easy but fixing the "top floor" was a bit tricky. It;s the wrld's tallest twin-building.

Level of patience required: 6 out of 10.
Reason: there are some small parts/floors. The holes were non-even also.

Left: Eiffel Tower of Paris, France. It was built for Paris World Exposition held in 1889 to commemerate the 100th anniversary of French Revolution.

Right: Le Torre De Pisa / The Tower of Pisa / The Leaning Tower of Pisa, Italy. It's the bell tower of he Cathedral. Construction began in August 1173 and cont (with 2 very2 long interuptions) for about 200 hundred years. The architect is still unknown.

Level of patience required: 2 out of 10.
Reason: Very2 easy to assemble.

This is not the London Bridge. Hokaaayyy!!! It's the Tower Bridge, a neighbour to the former. London Bridge used to have Tower but the modern one don't. It has stood over Thames River since 1894
Level of patience required: 8 out of 10.
Reason: there are some small parts/floors. The holes were non-even also. It's the Mini-MRR2. If u knw what i mean.
I felt i wanted to glue em together.

well, where to get those? I bought the box at a booth in front of KFC Restaurant, Carrefour, Subang Jaya at RM29.90 per box (5 monuments)

Im gonna look for the 2nd series. not even sure if they have it.

Now, where should i display all these?

disclaimer: all of the above facts ARE NOT checked at the moment of blogging. You wnat the real facts, find it yourself.
