Nak singgah Cherating ke?
(No booking jugak)

Sept 12th
Macam fully booked je semua
(No booking jugak)

Sept 13th
Pegi je la.

So, kami pun singgahlah Cherating. Dah, kawasan yang mana satu pulak? ah sudohhh..lama tak gi Cherating neh.

On Waze la. Carik Bayview resort. sebab resort neh mention dia duk tepi pantai dan keliling dia banyak chalet2 dan resorts.

Jumpa jugak la akhirnya. Thanks to Bayview resort yang fully booked for the whole week, kami jumpa the main place. Jalan2 punya jalan nampak lah beberapa chalet. ada jugak yang kami call. ada yang penuh. ada yang...tak berkenan. Bukan lah nak mewah tapi takkan aku nak berhimpit2 plak. dah chalet pun besar kereta aku je. aku pakai Honda Jazz tau bukan Alphard or Hummer.

Ntah macamana jumpa la Ranting Beach Resort.

                     (Source: http://www.published2u.com/2012/06/ranting-beach-resort-cherating.html)

Signboard kata penuh tapi bila tanya katanya ada lagi 1 bilik @ RM140. Walaupun boleh muat la kami ber5, tapi tv dan aircond takde.
macamana neh? hambik je la. sebabnya? resort neh betul2 tepi pantai kot, senang nak berlari2 ke pantai haaa...lepas laki aku nego dapatalah RM100 tapi additional tilam+bantal+selimut kena caj RM20.

(Source: http://www.backpackingmalaysia.com/)

boleh aku tak hambik gambar resort...ishk. rugi2. so pinjamla drpd sources di atas. thanks tuan tanah kedaung!!

anyway, parking keta takde masalah kot. luas je depan reception tuh. Bilik aku tuh belah kiri bawah. katil queen satu dan boleh muat 2-3 tilam single.

activity? aku tengok banyak kedai surfing dan kalau ko google banyak je aktiviti lain. tapi aku tak ambik port sangat lah.

sebab? aku sibuk main pantai..contoh????

nehla contoh2 yang ada. nak lagi?

Into the coldness :Cameron Highland

First thing first.
Survival tip in CH: Bring your sweater/thick cardigan/windbreaker.
Ko nak pakai baju sejuk yang berketul2 tuh pun takpe.

It was purely an ad-hoc trip.
Planned and booked on saturday Nov 30th itself.

sp, ke Cameron la kami.
Last trip as in 2002 or 2003 kot.

Aku pun dokla mencari hotel. Takde research sangat la pun.
ambik je mana yg ada least negative remarks kat tripadvisor.
nak pegi stroberi park bilik mcm RM400 je..mcm mahal je...

bottomline, aku taknak yang dekat town.
dan dengar2 Brinchang is the most sejuk part of CH.

so, off we go.

Kenali CP. Sayangi Kami.

Kenali CP. Sayangi Kami.

ps Tuhan tolong lembutkan hati dia.

Happy Mother's Day

Janna has spoken! yeah yeah..it's been some time since i write in the much abandoned blog..here goes some of the highlight of my life for the past 2-3 months (nuthin much interesting ey?..hahaha)

ok..finally, we had our SMSSBAT OF 94 reunion in Malacca after months of planning. I am not gonna details here since it's all plastered all over my FB. But, it was nice seeing those people especially the lepak-ing session sampai pagi. laki/bini/anak dok bilik, kami dok berborak sampai hantu laut pun dah menguap..

There are happenings in office with some people leaving, joining, promotions, re-organisation of Valve Division, re-structuring or branch office, re-designation, etc etc. At the end of the day, it's just work and nothing else. I just spend my Wesak holiday yesterday meeting (work related, duhh) on the handover of ECO accounts to ECO Team. I will be handling EMO accounts in sabah/sarawak, here comes the not-so-notorious zatul. :P..foyo...

Just last weeks, my grandmother passed away. May peace be with her. Al-Fatihah. She was 90++? 100++? we couldn't tell since the records those days were not reliable. Anyways, i went back to Keningau for a week with my Muar-based sister. It was a refreshing trip not only going through new way to Keningau via Kimanis, it was one of the time i managed to catch a glimpse of our family's past. I have few question answered and i like it.

I've been trying to arrange for a reunion/mini gathering of ex-YS students but to no avail, at the moment. I will try again. It seems like everyone's is supa-busy. Another mini-gath is on the way for all ex-trasnwaterians and existing staffs for suka2 purpose. i like! see u guys on 5th June.

Mommy dearest.. (on the left) & my MIL (on the right)

So, Happy mother's day to all mothers in the world. I have wished my mom and mom-in-law this morning. There will be a Mother's Dayt celebration in my Kampung on 23rd May form am to PM with activities such as aerobic, telematch, football match, cooking contests, some cake cutting event in the evening and gift giveouts to all mothers (of course form their children la). Maybe i shall be looking for one and send to my mom all the way from here.

A refreshing trip to Malacca

ok. Off to Malacca we went for Nafisah's wedding at Sg Udang. My instruction was : Lookout for Alor Gajah's exit as it i nearer to Sg Udang". The moment i opened my eyes, we were at Ayer Keroh Toll gate. Dont get me wrong. I love Ayer Keroh but helloooooooooo....."There was no Alor Gajah exit. only Simpang Empat!!!!" ok. forgiven. My hubby's not familiar at all with the southern area.

Nafisah was clad in a yellow baju pengantin and damn girl..u looked gorgeous. but err....i've warned you not to smile broadly like that when you see us. Just smile sheepishly. Very not good in following instruction , ey?

anyway, have a blessed wedded life and Azreem, you're one lucky man.

Next plan was, Burnt Fish dinner (ikan bakar la dowww). Planned in Umbai and hence, it was only logical to move to Malacca centre. I knew it was CNY holiday but hey, takkan la not even one room takde. So, my luck, we spotted a decent hotel in Melaka Raya plaza area, a block away from the infamous Plaza...erm...i forgot..behind Melaka Parade la senang.

The name is Queenspark Hotel and the rate is not bad at all. 2 queens-sized beds at RM250 jek..public holiday of course mark-up ma...go here for the hotel info. Tukar baju segala yang patut, it was time to meet up with the gang already. So, we convoy to the infamous Ikan Bakar area in Umbai. So, as usual, as long as the bill is on somebody else's tab, we just eat all we could!! Picking the fish was easy as i didn't have to!! it is my weaklink (ewaahh) and i got the others to dothe honour. bla-bla, it's dinner time. But wait..where's yatie? dah balik. ok. gone. the most VVIP: hafizee. OMG!!! not here yet???? ok, few phone calls later, he managed to find the place. uh, did i mentioned we anxiously & excitedly wait for him because it was his treat? nganganga...while waiting and snapping stupid pics here and there, i felt a drop of water. wait, can't be raining because of a drop. But one look at the horizon, it's gonna rain. 15 minutes later, i knew it!! toldya...it was raining and while people were scrambling to get inside, we managed to secure the boat...waaaaa..so special one....except takut aku jatuh dalam air paya tuh coz the "bridge" looked..insecure..

makan2 and said goodbye 3 hours later, i was determined to visit places i've never been before. So, we drove around the city, eyes wide open for CNY night view in Malacca and damn, we missed the jaywalking street. Nvmd. nnt mesti gue shopping lagik.I love the view of the lanterns, people sighseeing and sigh of westerners lepaking at coffeeshop.

later, at 12midnight, we stopped by the Malacca Cruise we saw earlier. The line was ...snaking, and long, and i was sleepy...anyhow, dear hubby & son pujuk2 and i gave in. But hey. i am glad they did as the view fom the cruise is totally different compared to view from standing on the bridge, roadside , or swimming in the Malacca river. The houses along the river were enchanting and i could only wonder how much the investment was. I think, it's a wise one since it really highlight one of Malacca beauty and night activity for the whole family (i am not talking about those familyin the house lar..dont care what they do la.)

The next day was embraced with more excitement as i saw a certain hill one the way to Umbai the day before. But wait, must get adrenaline rush first and i think this one is a kenot-miss-one!!! Malacca's very own Taming Sari Tower. With RM10/adult & RM5/child, you can view 360deg of Malacca (kalau rabun , pakai spec la, rugi taw). The platform will rotate 360deg upwards slooooooowwwly and will stay rotating at the top for few minutes and go downwards again (yela..mana lagi??). It was worth it and i managed to get the video throughout the whole interesting yet made-me-screamed-kenot-feel-my-legs experience.

Next, if i couldn't fulfill my destiny as real pirate, naik kapal pun jadikla. This ship is non other than Fleur De La Mar "It was not ordinary trip. In 1512 flagship “Fleur De La Mar” of Portuguese squadron sailed form Malacca Sultanate placed on south-west coast of Malacca peninsula but never reached the land.". I tried google but the search came out with no satisfactory result. How i wish the whole history while i had the chance. No wonder i cant find...it's not Fleur De La Mar, it's Flor De La Mor. wikipedia here.

It's a very interesting tour since they also highlight about Panglima Awang. What i didn't know was, he was actually only a slave aka hamba. Some say he's a Sumatran, a Malay, hailed form Cebu but Enrique of Malacca was a native of Malacca City. Hence, knowing Malacca was the tradecenter for SEA back then, it was only natural that Malay was the lingua-franca and widely spoken. By the way, ability to converse in Malay does not mean we're Malay. So, maybe he's not even Malay? I remember he was also said to be an interpreter. apa2 la kan. kalau nak cerita memang panjang. try wikipedia or buku sejarah la senang.

Ok. Remember i mentioned about a certain hill i saw on the way to Umbai? yeap, St John's hill. I also don't know how to illustrate the way ut maybe google map can help. I've been to St Paul's countless times and St John's to me a new, non-crowded place. When i reached there, it was around 1700hrs and there were people jogging uphill. Nevermind that. Only a handful of people actually visit the area at that point of time and i took my own sweet time examining the rocks, whatevernot. I kep looking for the view to the sea but alas, nowhere in plain sight. Yes, you could actually pretend to be Dutch and lookout to the sea through the trees and watch out for Bugis and Portuguese invasion.

Our next destination was obviously the Eyes of Malaysia in Malacca. Read it right as there is another Eyes of Malacca. You can see the local wheels while cruising and yes,it is rideable. hehe. They have few other games in the compound but didn't manage to visit all.

It was raining when we board the much-talked-about Eyes of Malaysia and i couldnt see a thing clearly. So.no point taking photos also. The best part of taking the ride at night was i lessen my OMG factor by 15%. I am terrifiedof height and yet, i wanna ride all those, wall-climbing an then scream my heart out later. kua kua kua..

The ride cost about ...RM 10 kot...

ow, did i mentioned Malaysians must produce NRIC to get the special price for the locals? Yes, off by 50% hence the Tower & Eyes will cost RM20 in the absence of NRIC with exceptians to kids who dont have to produce any ID. The parents already did maa...

We wanted to stay one more night but since we had no reservation done and it was CNY makan besar night, we might as well forget about it. We did try a few hotels though and damn, it was marked up like nobody's business and the names of the hotels also sound like what aa...urm not known la senang.... All the renowned and reliable hotels were fully booked except apartments.

Tired, we slept in the car at a R&R and only to wkae up next morning and voila..the HIghway Hotel stood majestically in front of us...awat la x perasan...sempat lagi singgah & menhabiskan duit kat Nilai 3 sat..

how should i say this?

I know i may not have the right to say anything, but as an outsider (staff spouse), i may say this: the Family Day is fab for kids and those who participate in the agenda. For people like us who has small kids, sensitive to extra sunshine, or malas, it was not an entertaining event to attend. Every year, i would insist to attend my hubby's family day and by far, this year's is the most boring one.

Looking for the place is not hard for us since we're quite familiar with Putrajaya area (PJH is based in Precinct 2 anyway) and the place is within the Wetland vicinity. Morning breakfast was provided but you must have coupons. What's with the coupons? people do take the food anyway. More than the coupons allowed. Why? abundant of food for breakfast. Each family will also got coupons for the sand art thingy. We gave ours to people.

I wouldnt know if they serve lunch as by 10.30am, we were already on our way home. Sadis kan. I kept thinking, what went wrong? yeah , maybe we didn't participate in any of the event but come on, i saw more than 10 families went home after the breakfast and after the lompat2 session on those inflattable giants. maybe the place was too huge. maybe it wasn't my business. My company's family? was held in Mines wonderland, small area and not tiring to walkabout and we had things to visit after the family day event ended. It may not be fair to compare since PJH is a big company with 500+ staffs.

hmm..let's move on. Things that i like?

The drummers (i dunno the official name) were japanese and they came here just to support the Japanese food fair in Sunway pyramid. As i really love to ketuk2 things, i felt like wanted to go up to them, grab the stick and ketuk2 away. haaa..

The traditional dancers performed also in Sunway pyramid in conjunction with BASF Photography contest. I don't know what's the name of the dance but all i know, i like it!!

pointless ramblings..

Yes, i am on a diet. Strict? No but control? yes. What makes me jump into the diet boat? my BMI waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayy beyond any doctor's recommendations. btw, i'm trying to be off rice but it's so hard. I am not nicknamed TONG NASIK for nothing. So, shedding the nickname isn't an easy feat, i guess. Tonite's dinner? At some malay kopitiam at KJ after swimming session in shah alam.

On another subject, it is hard to imagine left alone to prevent our loved ones from falling into the same situations (usually bad) we've been before. We can only hope for the best. Moreover, if it involves the whole family feelings and not wanting anyone to get hurt. My niece is getting married this June and whether she likes it or not, i hate her-groom -to-be for a reason. Physical attractiveness and financial status are not being questioned here but i do deteste him for a reason. It might not be fair since i've never even met him but hey, maybe i'm just being over-protective. Considering my sensitive eldest sister feelings, i have promised not to say another thing and just go woth the plan i guess. So, i'm cancelling Raya 2009 in Sabah and will go back on the June 4th or 5th for her wedding.

On a lighter note, yay, F.R.I.E.N.D.S movie is on the way. Damn, the gang told me waay later as the news actually came out in July 2008. Here's the excerpt from Dailymail:

Aniston and the gang set to return for big-screen blockbuster

The highly anticipated film production of TV series Friends has finally been given the go-ahead, MailOnline has learned.

Cast members Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow and David Schwimmer will reprise their roles for a big-screen adaptation 'within the next 18 months', according to insiders.

The actors have been inspired by the recent success of Sex And The City, which recently hit cinemas worldwide.

A source said: 'Jennifer, Courteney and the rest of the cast are keen to reprise their roles, under the right circumstances.

'The box office success of Sex And The City has really got their wheels spinning about how a Friends film could be just as big, if done right.

'Timing and the script are really important, but now that Courteney and Jen both have production companies, they can potentially get very involved in those decisions.'

Talk of a reunion for the loveable gang from New York's Central Perk has been bandied around Hollywood ever since the show aired its final season in 2004.

While Cox, 44, LeBlanc, 40, Perry, 39, Kudrow, 45 and Schwimmer, 41, were believed to be keen on the reunion, Aniston, 39, is believed to have dragged her heels.

Now, however, she is keen to move ahead with the project, which will be produced by Warner Bros.

The source added: 'As the biggest star of the Friends franchise, Jennifer can't help but look at what's happened with Sarah Jessica Parker and the Sex And The City film and be a little jealous.

'What's held back a Friends movie so far is that people were worried that Jennifer had simply become too famous to play Rachel again.

'But the truth is that Jennifer is finally willing to do it, and she'd love to work with that whole team of actors and producers again.

'She says she and Courteney have already talked this summer about what they want out of a Friends movie, and if deals can be made with them, everything else can fall into place rather quickly.

'It really comes down to money, and I don't think Jen has a problem with all of the Friends getting huge paydays for the movie.

'In that sense, it's Sex And The City all over again. There's no movie unless you can reunite the whole cast and keep them all happy financially.'

The Sex And The City film, which had series star Sarah Jessica Parker as a producer, is headed for a global box office total of well over $300million.

That number exceeds all pre-release expectations and insiders say US studio Warner Bros is now mining its recent library of TV hits for other projects ready for the movie treatment.

The source told MailOnline: 'Friends is at the top of the list of properties that can do the same level of business Sex And The City did.'

Since going their separate ways, the actors have stayed in the entertainment sphere, with varying success.

Aniston, who depicted lead character Rachel, has starred in a series of romantic comedies but her professional endeavours have been overshadowed by romantic upheaval.

Following her divorce from Brad Pitt in 2005, she endured a reportedly volatile relationship with actor Vince Vaughn before recently embarking on a romance with musician John Mayer.

Courteney Cox, who depicted neurotic Monica, enjoyed relative success with her TV show Dirt, where she played a ruthless tabloid media mogul.

Lisa Kudrow, who co-starred as ditzy folk singer Phoebe, continues to work in film - but mostly lower profile independent ones.

Matt Le Blanc has laid low in Hollywood since the failure of his Friends spin-off series Joey, passing on TV and film roles to focus on his home life.

David Schwimmer, aka Ross, now seems most comfortable playing the role of movie director. He recently directed hit comedy Run Fatboy Run.

Well, exciting right? (for fans laaa)

Happy Birthday Lin!!!!!

I've managed to find time and patience to do Lin's page. Totally original w/o referring any past work. yay for me. Happy Belated birthday lin. May u have a blessed journey and happy life. Aminnnnn.

My morning was painted with images of Nafisah changing her car tyre. You go girl!!! She sure has impressed many. Sempat lagik aku tangkap pix. miahahaha..w/o failure, i've also noticed the surroundings of Jalan Pengacara U1/48 which is serene and not traffic-jammed in the morning. Nice view. come 8.30 am, you cant even find a decent parking spot. The nearest one is just around the corner, technically speaking. at the corner there. Sometimes, the MBSA will come and ..dont know what they do. We do see summons being issued like, long time ago. But, we have no choice either. This is an industrial area and parking space is very2 limited.

As of last night, i have waged another war with Adam, my 7 year old son. His exam marks are, well, dissapointing. However, i did spare some of the punishments for him considering that he's only 7 years old and his life just "begun". I have to keep my words that if his marks is not satisfactory, only mommy can play PS2 or it will be put where he cant find it. The school holiday is 1-1/2 month (7 weeks) and my plan goes like this:

Week 1 & 2 : PS2 will be hidden (mommy also cannot play to avoid son being heartbroken). No outing, no waterfall, no C4/Giants trip, no swimming, no Cinema trip.

Week 3 & 4: PS2 remains hidden. (mommy can play) Swimming, Cinema, Picnic trips allowed. Plus Crash course in English (1 questionnaire for 1-2 days).

Week 5-7: ps2 allowed with friends. All trips allowed. Plus various questionnaires from various subjects.

God help me!!!

Welcome to Holland.

I am often asked to describe the experience of raising a child with a disability - to try to help people who have not shared that unique experience to understand it, to imagine how it would feel. It's like this....

When you're going to have a baby, it's like planning a fabulous vacation trip - to Italy. You buy a bunch of guidebooks ad make wonderful plans. The Coliseum, the Michelangelo David, the gondolas in Venice. You may learn some handy phrases in Italian. It's all very exciting.

After months of eager anticipation, the day finally arrives. You pack your bag and off you go. Several hours later, the plane lands. The stewardess comes in and says, "Welcome to Holland".

"Holland?!" you say. "What do you mean, Holland?" I signed up for Italy! I'm, supposed to be in Italy. All my life I've dreamed of going to Italy.

But there's been a change in the flight plan. They've landed in Holland and there you must stay.

The important thing is that they haven't taken you to some horrible, disgusting, filthy place, famine and disease. It's just a different place.

So you must go out and buy a new guidebook. And you must learn a whole new language. And you will meet a whole new group of people you would never have met.

It's just a different place. It's slower than Italy, less flashy than Italy. But after you've been there for a while and you catch your breath, you look around, and you begin to notice that Holland has windmills, Holland has tulips, Holland even has Rembrandts.

But everyone you know is busy coming from Italy, and they're all bragging about what a wonderful time they had there. And for the rest of your life you will say, "Yes, that's where I was supposed to go. That's where I had planned."

The pain of that will never, ever, go away, because of the loss of that dream is a very significant loss.

But if you spend your life mourning the fact that you didn't get to Italy, you may never be free to enjoy the very special, the very lovely things about Holland.

Hari Raya 2008

TW preparation for Raya...aku jugak...

Posted by Picasa

Spent this year raya at Kuala Terengganu and compared to last year, this year looked a bit..kureng meriah..is it because the oil price? or was it simply due to the hot weather? For whatever that counts i am blessed that Sofiya is A-OK and happily discharged from Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah on the raya morning itself. She was diagnosed with Broncho Pneumonia and alhamdulillah, she no longer cough non-stop.
Well, this year raya theme is supposed to be Purple but somehow, we didnt manage to take any family picture except few snaps here and there. How strange. Mokteh nye father passed away peacefully on 2nd day of Raya. Al-Fatihah. This year raya holiday was short (1 week only).Due to
1. im on unpaid leave - cuti sudah habis.
2. Adam sudah skola already.
3. mcm tak fun sgt raya this year. maybe the 3rd raya thing i guess...
I felt soooo homesick this year. Maybe because this is the 3rd raya i spent away from my kg. January comes..bonus time...beli ticket.

~Selamat Sampai & Selamat Kembali~

Salam

sampai jugak aku sekeluarga di Terengganu , saturday, Sept 27 2008.
We've decided to bertolak pagi sebab aku masih teringat2 timing belt putus masa balik raya back in 2006. tgh sarat mengandung tuh. miahaha...

anyway, sampai je petang tuh, serang luh Bazaar ramadhan Kuala Ibai. alaaa..dekat Masjid terapung tuh la. Well, as usual , food is abundant.Compared to yesterday
punya Pasar minggu cum Bazaar
Ramadhan kat Tmn Permint Jaya , nih, jauh mercun dari lampu pelita. Sempat jugaklah bersiar2 di Taman Shahbandor kata org sini. gi tgk, in my own words, pesta menjual membeli belah di malam hari bulan ramadhan. Ada jgk brg yg aku tgk overrated. T-Shirt tiruan Hackett London berharga RM150.00? COME ON PEOPLE!!!! printed shirts kedai stationary even looks more realistic tawww!!! Print dia mcm @#$@#$#@ tuh pun nk jual ke? are you guys that desperate? meh aku tolong belikan yg ori dgn harga RM150 jugak. nih kes kirim kat kwn2 yg terbang selalu la...cuma time frame nye, tatau bila...ahaks..

anyway, went to Klinik Kho. Clinic again. Yesterday, if counted continuously, Sofiya having her fever for the 12th days. tapi her fever on-off jugak. But now, she got bad batuk. kesian. if only i could make the pain go away. or at least transfer it to me.
so, untuk mengisi masa lapang, aku wat2 online scrapbooking. mcm post kat bawah and the one i did for Ira and Jay.free beb. tapi, of course, x realistic.

tahun nih, baju raya aku ada.......unintentionally sebenornye. 1 pasang memang dah plan. set ke-dua, aku ter-beli masa g carik baju kakak ipar aku. The 3rd one, bought at the same place at no 2 :D but had to because aku ada 2 kain batik rege RM10 tapi aku suka sgt and aku nk jadikan kain. So, aku sent the 2 to tailors (yg maha lembap tapi hensem :P)...yg penting, aku dpt seblom raya. the 4th one, memandangkan aku ada kain batik extra, aku ingat nk pakai ngan blouse ala2 kebaya aku yg dha bertahun tuh. tapi, hari tuh accidentally bought, again and voila, 4 pairs. nevermind la. bukan aku selalu buat baju raya. Tgk baju2 kak rose, jeles aku. sepanjang bulan posa, kak rose pakai baju kurung and changing everyday. next aim? muhahaha...

so, tgh nak prepare apa2 yg patutla nih. tadik aku basuh baju kurung sofiya yg 2 pasang tuh. duit raya dha masuk sket. nk pi tolong2 kat dapur plak. tanak la dpt title the imbecile daughter-in-law.:D...

pIX: Taman Shahbandor Kuala Terengganu. Exclusive Toilet (50cent / entry) and lip-lap lampu..KT banadaya ye? aku x pasan :P..

Ampun Tuanku..

nganganganga -credit to Lin ghazali. cara dia gelak horror tul.

Selamat sampai Chendering Kuala Terengganu kul 9.o0am. Aku tatau berapa kali berhenti (yg aku sedar adalah 3 kali). Aku tdo sepanjang jalan sebab lesen aku dah mati. Takleh tukar driver. Berhenti breakfast kat Kelulut. Nasi Dgang superb but Nasi Minyak dia, bak kata Adam , macam nasi Rainbow tapi tasteless. Gulai daging plak macam Daging Masak Kicap yg...lebih 3 hari lepas minus the kulat2 basi.
Rehat, Tidur, mandi, petang tuh aku pi INSTEP - Institut Teknologi PETRONAS- aku tak berminat tuk clarify apa yg ada & apa yg depa buat kat INSTEP tapi cukuplah kata Abe (nephew aku) akan keluar sebagai Trained Technician and surprisingly will be placed in MLNG.
Bintulu not that far from Sabah compared to PM, so it will be good for him. He grew up to be a nice, not bad-looking, funny gentleman. I can't believe my Nephew is about to enter to workforce already. Laaa...his sister dah start keje pun, apa la aku nih.,

2nd day, biasala, merayau. Aku dah carikkan tudung 60 inci tuk Bibah kat bus station nun and beli tudung tuk mak aku skali. mahal ghopenye tudung nih ye. actually, banyak lagi options yg murah. perlu ke pakai yg meghelit2 tuh? aku pernah jokingly cakap ngan ofismate aku, if i were to be a robberm i would rob all of your houses and search for nothing except gold and tudung. nowadays, tudung @ headscarf are quite pricey. Below were bought for my sis and mom. Blue & brown are for my sis (60 inches bidangnya) and cost abourt RM75.00 for both and for my mom, the beige colour costs about RM50 (all after price juggling by dear husband).
Vincci KT is at 70% sales!!! well, as usual, these kind of sales is what you see is what u get as i could only find one pair that has size 6 (that's my size la moron). But that's not what attractive about Kuala Terengganu town. amongst the attractions is the Town Bus @ Bas Bandar @ Bah Bandor. Nice, isn't it? i wonder who gave such a wonderful idea.

Today, dalam kul 6pm, aku pi Noorarfa batik yg macam istana seperti kat sini. banyak images.
Contoh:

aku pun tak paham kenapa depa tak update ngan gambar terbaru Istana Noorarfa batik. lawa apa. aku bnyk tgk kat fotopages orang tapi nak cilok tak sedap la. so, aku cilok link dari tourism tgganu. nama tourism, lagi banyak org tau, lagi besh kan. esok kalau sempat aku pi tangkap gambor sket2 la. sebab lokasinya depan rumah in-lawsaku je. tuh la org kata, nyamuk sebrang laut nampak, gajah depan mata dok napok staghang. hikhik...

aku bukan nak ad tuk noorarfa - klu nk tgk psl noorarfa pun, pi sini- tadik aku pi sana hengat nak cekau kain batik lepas Tganu seikat dua. Paling murah pun RM16.0 sehelai. mak aiii. kat pasor payang muroh sket tapi memandangkan budget aku pun terikat2, nanti balik raya aku borong untuk kakak2 aku yg takde kain sarong tuh. Cerita sebenarnya adalah, (apsa la aku x ambik gambo), masa nak masuk aku dah perasan "alamak, keta Y.T.M) Aku hengatkan Y.T.M. Sultan Mizan & Permaisuri, punyalah aku teruja. Aku tgk bawah, alamak, aku pakai slip-on jek.mampusla, bukan depa nak jumpa aku pun, aku jek yg terhegeh2.

"Bang, leh masuk dalam tak? maklumla, saya bukan kerabat"...hehe...sempat lagi aku berloyar buruk. dalam pada tuh aku teringat mamat kelako yg jual brooch kat pasar minggu Permint Jaya " saya sebenarnya putera raja tapi meyamar menjual brooch. awak nih nampak mcm atlet" haha. apa kess plak aku mcm atlet. tapi joke dia tuh mmbuat aku membeli 2 psg brooches. ok, berbalik kat citer tadik. rupanya, Putera Mahkota pAHANG ( KDYTM Tengku Mahkota Pahang,
Tengku Abdullah Ibni Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta'in Billah)
. hensem beb. Rasanya Tunku Azizah pun ada.Image Aku rasa tak salah orang. Tapi staffs Noorarfa sendirik mengesahlan sedemikian. Kiranya hamba bersalah, hambe memohon ampun dan maaf. Daulat Tuanku!!

anyway, aku rasa selamat gila petang tadik. Escorts dan polis motor putih memang banyak le. Noorarfa was the safest place the shop at 6.00pm today. Hasil aku kat Noorarfa, tudung comel sofiya and kain smaping for dear hubby.

aku dah buatkan tempoyak tuk depa (ishkk ishk senang je nk buat tempoyak. sebab aku tolong tgk je..heheh) Beli kat pasar payang durian tadik RM5.00 selonggok tuk buat tempoyak. cakap pasal durian, mak aiiii, aku mentekedarah durian 2-3 hari nih mcm i've never seen one. Pelbagai durian aku makan. segala D ada, segala Durian Kunyit, durian panjang apa ntah. mcm2. sebab tuh aku ske balik Tganu nih selain cara hidup yg relax ala2 Keningau tempat kelahiranku yg terchenta.

One thing worth of note though, i would like to applaud JPJ KT for the excellent and fast service i;ve ever get from a government agency..hooorrraaayyy. I was without a driving license for a month since my P has expired and such renewal of P to full-license needs me to go to JPJ only. So, since we have planned to go back to KT, i might as well renew it here. Damn i was right. i had my license and my hubby's license in UNDER 10 MINUTES. Yup, maybe KT dwellers are not as many of Klang valley dwellers but takkan la nombor yg aku ambik pagi about 9 will only be served at 5.00PM!!!!!! It happened in a certain Pdg Jwa JPJ. memang la aku akui ramai pi situ tapi takkan la takleh tambah kaunter. kalau dah tahu ramai, buatla makeshift counter. do something about it and dont let it be another reason for us to be "takpe la". some people kene keje tau and annual leave tak lah sebanyak mana. mcm nak menghasilkan workforce yg intelligent dan berwawasan dan berhemah kalau mcm neh. kan?kan? tuh belum lagi aku sebut experience aku ngan JPN Keningau, sabah. malas aku. biarla. tunggu waktu dan ketika.

anyway, bravo to JPJ Kuala Terengganu.

esok balik KL balik. buhsan.

The end of the world?

Don't panic yet. m not about to talk about the world's apocalypse or even ramble about Nostradamus predictions - that my fren, is an interesting subject though.

im taking about the 4th Naruto Movie where Naruto will die and it is very2 unlikely. y? Hence the name of the movie and the series. wut, like if he dies, the series will be renamed to Sakura? Sasuke? Anyways, i like this 4th movie - yup, i do- up till this hour, i could see the Princess will win and Naruto, well, survives. An interesting bit of the movie is, it featured the Terracotta warrior .
Well, if u must know, it originates from China, not Japan. Borrowing the idea, i dont mind but hell, the original warriors don't look like that. I know the warriors in Naruto are the bad guys but at least make it similar la. The details dont even bear any resemblance. For instance, the real Terracotta warriors' faces are very humanly, not 2 are alike and no mask is covering their lower face (dun mention the glowing eye la). Well, maybe i took it a tad too serious. but hey, psst, psst, i heard the Japs and the Chinese cant get along until today. i heard la..(citation required).

Another subject : SHOPPING. Of course , all for the kids and none for me. Kids clothing are, well, quite expensive nowadays for ppl like who earn peanuts. But who ask to shop at Baby GAP. Of course, the price tag will make my blood dissappear the moment i saw em. Anyway, getting the cheapies are not really an option since the color wont stay put especially where Clorox is involved. U ppl wud say what is wrong with me but, after all the cookies, bananas, cereals gets smeared unto your baby's cloth, you would at least need to rendam em clothes. worst case scenario, putting in a il bit of clorox while soaking the clothes for 1 hour would help. At my level, Poney, Seeds, Padini would be already good enough for my wallet and the designs kinda attractive too. But today, we went to Isetan ONLY because i got few hundred ISETAN vouchers to spend, which sad to say, last for a few pairs for Adam & Sofiya. Thanks to the generosity of the daddy, the mummy could shop few more pairs esp for Sofiya. hey, the sesame streets got 70% off what. From RM85, off by 70%? that's an offer i couldn't resist. Why would i shop for Sofiya when she will only wear it until max mid-2009? Shopping for Adam is boring and girls clothing are soooo adorable.

Poney, Padini, Seeds, Guess, Miki, all got up to 50% off. Hurry up before the stock runs out which probably last year's stock anyway. As much as i find ISETAN is full of non-local products, i couldn't even find 1 jar of bottled-baby food in emergency. But i love the Japs cookies tho.
1 month away from Ramadhan and i have started shopping for the kids. They miht end up having few extra pairs. helooo, i still got August and Sept maaaa. Me? i hv nuthing to buy for me in mind but considering dear husband will preach about how wearing new cothes on Aidilfitri is Sunat, i will consider buying readymade kurungs or kebaya. The ones i saw in booths @ Carrefour are affordable but the material may cause me to change into t-shirts even before noon. Maybe la. Another option is a baju shop in Amcorp Mall. I find em fashionable and for poor people like me, RM100-RM150 is the max. Tomorrow maybe before i spend em money on sumthing else. (dying to get a wireless guitar for Guitar Heroes)

Sofiya is begging for biscuits, again. well, i might as well continue watching Weeds, courtesy of Jay. Thanks for sharing it bro!! He must have spending days downloading all the 3 seasons. Wont get into Malaysia tho. The tile is already WEEDS unless they change it into sumthing like "Tumbuh-Tumbuhan". It's about weeds. Talking about title-changing-sesuka-hati, both daddy and son are at GSC watching Hellboy 2. Why the title gets the honour this time?

Dareka eigo o hanasemasuka?

Millions of people were at the PETRONAS FAMILY DAY (Night) and there were lotsa food too. Entrance was strictly by tickets. No tickets,no entry, no lucky draw. i didn't get it anyway. Nowadays, gathering makes me uneasy and I was ready to call it quit when i saw Tan Sri President Hassan Marican. Damn.didn't get to snap his photos. Simple. Homely yet looks garang also. Wings & Awie were blaring on the stage but, hey, i've ot my eyes on one of the most influential man in Malaysia.

The next day, shikeen's wedding day and don't she looked just...:
a) Radiant
b) Beautiful
c) Womanly
d) all of the above.

yah, i'd go for D. The food especially the beef was superb too.

Ima's last day in TW. Brought me to tears..............................duhh, AS IF!!! she's cool and pls don't fall prey on her soft, mesmerizing eyes. She rocks taWWWW!!! I kinda tried to get her to stay longer but, she couldn't wait to see her beau ,i guess. (Ima, i do know laaaa)

Yup, Dareka eigo o hanasemasuka has nothing to do with the above or anything after this. I am just trying to learn Japs and still at the very beginning level of Nihongo o Narau. Ok, stop laughing.

Kiki : Bila nak sambung internet neh? so, which broadband modem u nak ambik?
Nana: erm..tatau lagi. Celcom's coverage surely better but Maxis nye is very dekat, everywhere also got booth and now they hv service center in sunway pyramid as well.
Kiki: dah tuh?
Nana : riki dulu la. kang balik tganu takde coverage plak.
Kiki: malas nk tunggu u decide. dah anak 3 baru leh decide gaknya.

1 hour later, voila, a USB maxis bb modem was in my hand. ready for use. wait, eat at Wendy's first. I like the joint. The ice-cream tastes good, the burgers sedap and it's a bit pricey than McD. that, i dun like but hey, so what. food tawww.lastly, makan KFC coz only 2 days ago, makan kat Wendy's, ahaks!!!

Balik rumah, test modem. Superb. Doing fine at PC. a call to maxis bb srv ctr confirmed that PJS 8 does have 3.5G @ HDSPA but depends on the bandwidth also. And, if none is available, it will catch the lower tier of 3G @ UMTS. Then, tried fixing it at laptop. took me 1 bloody hour to get it configured till the cstmr srv response was "if none is working after this, pls call back our Technician tomorrow morning". fed-up with me , i guess. Finally, dapat guna. seems like i've been meddling with it too far. It should be left alone. It will configures the laptop by itself. Guess my generous offer to help was rejected by my own USB modem..uhuk!!!
