Jejak Qaseh

Me and Disimon. We wnt to the same school, Science Selangor. He was a bit garang with me, slalu marah haku tawww but he is actually a very2 nice fella. Whenever i felt homesick, he would calm me down. Hails from Tamparuli Sabah. Where don't i have pic with Valentine? heard he's a Doc now somewhere. Where is he now?

Sunizah Sunin, from Ranau and went to SMAP Labu in 1990 and left the same year to continue her study at Sabah. Very2 cute and nice gal. Miss her so much. Again, where could she be?
Dayang Sablinah Sabli (Papar) + Hashidah Ratna (Ranau) - both from Sek Tun Fatimah, JB. Where are they?

wut prompted me to actually scan these pics? i finally managed to contact one of them..Iffah..thru a fellow Cari forumer..thanks a million Mai!! Siap bagi no phone rumah parents Iffah lagik..Iffah is busy kununnya dgn kerja nowadays..at least, i found one!!! Yesss!!!
but the rest? only time will tell...We were so close. Yalah, Yayasan Sabah students got to get together whenever there were school breaks. Then , we would have fun like visiting places, zoo, muziums, Kilang duit syiling (where was it already???), and lotsa travel. We would have tuitions, sports, kinda like our own school-time but more freedom to wear anything we wish. Preps, dewan makan, persembahan. Semua tuh la. hmm....those days....

haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.....whut a week..

First & Foremost, Innalillahwa'innalillahirrajiun. deepest condolence to family of Late Benazir Bhutto. May Allah bless her soul. Didn't catch the news last nite and this morning, i was shocked to read the paper.

Yesternite, went to Subang parade with hubby.
Objective: To buy a new working shirt for him. His $$ of course. - mission completed.
Side-mission: To buy Adam's stationeries - completed. Managed to resist buying Hotwheel, Bob The Builder stuffs for him. The lunch box (RM14.00) is soooooooooooooo adorable. But, no. He can use whatever available at home. Austerity drive...haha. One of the ways to save money and avoid purchase of unnecessary stuffs. So, his stationeries is so formal, no cartoons. er..yahh..did buy few Hotwheel pencils for him. I didn't know buying stationeries for him is sooo fun and tough. "Would he use this?", "does he need a stapler?"...well, urgh...whutever...
Bought his school uniforms last week while in KT tho...4 shirts, 3 pants, 2 pairs of shoes, 6 pairs of socks, handkerchief -he seems to always curik baby punya , so i bought him his - ...these involved a lot of $$$$...i was still ok...what i wasn't ready for is, next registration, i have to bring at least RM200.00 in cash for tie, batch, school track, sport track (errr....it seems they have 2 diff. trackbottoms..what's the diff. ?), all in all around there...exclusive of reference books...urghhh..i didn't know and wasn't ready for the fact that even primary school involved lotsa $$$..i thot all the yurans wud be just around RM50++...what a cruel worlds....sigh...

Now i understand why ppl actually worry when it's "back-to-school"..even if we don't buy new stuffs each year, but there's still yurans, fees, PIBG fees to worry about. I'm lucky i have steady jobs but whut bout those unfortunate ppl? those ppl with ciput income? i wonder...and at this point of time, considering all the probs i have, I AM still very lucky and very2 bersyukur ...

On different subject - susan is on leave until next year. why laa her customers would call whenever she's not around? why lah POs la, RFQs la, whutever nots will happen when she's not around? is it the same if i were to be on long leave? hmmm...nvmd...she would do the same for me..Some ppl got bonus few days ago..and they're damn lucky to be on the way to Gold Coast after the CNY as incentives..not my company tho.nvmd , different ppl have different story board...errr...life...we would all go thru diff. stages and hurdles and phases..it's called life...as for me, i feel very2 lucky for whatever reasons there are...

Thanks to Putera UMNO Parlimen Kelana Jaya - sorry klu salah- for sponsoring my son's new school bag and a pair of shoes..from BATA of course...nice ones guys..at least, i save about RM55.00 there..again, thanks , alhamdulillah and may Allah bless you guys..

back to school...er...work :D

haaaaaaaaaaa.........the week is over...
19th - Afterwork, dash back home, packed up and get outta the house at 9pm. stop by Gombak's petronas and had McD...10.30pm time to hit the road except i wasn't driving..harharhar good for me..sooooooooooooooooooo good. If not bcoz of the baby, i wud be the driver since hubby is ..rabun malam gitewww...so, i didn't know how was the traffic flow except it's a bit jammed here and there..

20th - 4a.m. nevertheless, alhamdulillah, reached home at Chendering safely. Bath, change and bottlefed sofiya and time to hit the bunk. about 9a.m. baru bangun..oopsss..Raya Haji...selamat menyambut aidiladha.

Doting grandparents

21st - 3pm. hit the infamous bundle spread in Batu Buruk beach. tips: only hit the 1st three camps from the Primula hotels. They have stuffs from Singapore as well. the rest, i heard is more Malaysian things and common. i was told that the bundle towkay actually hires some people to go to each house and buy 2nd hand good quality bajus, seluars, baby stuffs , comforter, whutever nots..i found Baby Guess gowns in tip-top conditions. didn't like the colour tho..malam, pegi rumah mak teh telemong. wajib. she's so nice to my kids. and she is a very nice lady.
22nd-24th - makan, tidur, tv, ronda2, makan, tidur. haha...

Sofiya - tv (commercial time) even food won't budge her

25th - balik KL.12noon and reached KL around 8PM. Toll RM21.00 (dunno the name) ok, no jam. Toll RM3.00 (karak kot??) ok, clear. Toll Gombak..adeh..but well-known dah toll nih, kacau lorong smart tag je. ceh. penat aku pakai smart tag jek. otw balik, stop by Kuala kemaman. Usuan stop would be Kedai che wan. the satar is superb (tho not my food of choice), i love the Otak-otak ikan except nasi campur takde. Latest was Nasi Kawah. So, i wanted to stop at "Kedai Nyusuk" but hubby objected. ceh!!! takpe next time. The kampung style food is simply super-superb!! Pari, ikan bakar, ulam2an. tmpt lain pun ada but this one is sooooooo kampung even the kedai does not have any signboard. anyway, "Kedai Nyusuk" also means kedai yg agak2 tersorok. Non-frequents would not know this place and Iqbal intro me to this place few months ago..thanks bro!! lastly, pegi la kedai apa ntah. sebelah tailor@ kedai bundle, yellow-colored shop. The plate is huge-similar to Big Plate- except the material is hardened plastic unlike BP.Ok la....comparing the satar+otak2 with Kedai Che Wan, KCW is waaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy better. Ok, this was the time i saw the above unfortunate public phone. what happened people??????????? earthquake? flood?OMG!!! Yeah no doubt practically everyone has HP nowadays, but whut about those WO HP? Emergency? i can only imagine. Even so, when malaysian can learn to appreciate public amenities?only god knows..

energy??

Take this test!

This chakra is located in the center of your forehead and is often called the third eye. The sixth chakra represents your ability to see and really know truth. When this chakra is clear, positive energy can flow from it freely. Radiating positive energy from your sixth chakra indicates that you've cultivated higher wisdom concerning the important life lessons associated with this energy center. You're apt to be accepting of the people and events in your life rather than pass judgment on them. You're also likely to have developed a higher level of intuition than most people have.

Legend of Peter Chiang

every morning, i would be looking forward to seeing a certain Peter. He would come in 8am..mostly. As he rides a motorcycle, naturally he would don a helmet - duhhhhh - so, he won't put on any hairgel, anything at all because it will only make his hair worst he says. so, every morning he would come in with this hair...................

only after reaching the office, he would comb his hair nicely...forgot to take his pic with the nicedr hair..haha...

Happy Planting

For many reasons that are too long and may sound complex in striving for a good meaningful life,

I would love to share with you one of the golden rules of life…………It’s all about planting.

Let us all lead our life with “courage & honesty”

SKY

Make it a great week ahead!! Happy Planting.

************************************************************************************************************

A successful business man was growing old and knew it was time to choose for a successor to take over the business. Instead of choosing one of his directors or his children, he decided to do something different.

He called all the young executives in his company together.

"It is time for me to step down and choose the next CEO," he said. "I have decided to choose one of you."

The young executives were shocked, but the boss continued. "I am going to give each one of you a seed today - a very special seed. I want you to plant the seed, water it, and come back here one year from today with
what you have grown from the seed I have given you. I will then judge the plants that you bring, and the one I choose will be the next CEO."

One man, named Jim, was there that day and he, like the others, received a seed.

He went home and excitedly, told his wife the story. She helped him get a pot, soil and compost and he planted the seed.

Every day, he would water it and watch to see if it had grown. After about three weeks, some of the other executives began to talk about their seeds and the plants that were beginning to grow. Jim kept checking his seed, but nothing ever grew.

Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks went by, still nothing. By now, others were talking about their plants, but Jim didn't have a plant and he felt like a failure.

Six months went by - still nothing in Jim's pot. He just knew he had killed his seed. Everyone else had trees and tall plants, but he had nothing. Jim didn't say anything to his colleagues, however. He just kept watering and fertilizing the soil - he so wanted the seed to grow.

A year finally went by and all the young executives of the company brought their plants to the CEO for inspection. Jim told his wife that he wasn't going to take an empty pot. But she asked him to be honest about what happened.

Jim felt sick at his stomach. It was going to be the most embarrassing moment of his life, but he knew his wife was right.

He took his empty pot to the board room. When Jim arrived, he was amazed at the variety of plants grown by the other executives. They were beautiful--in all shapes and sizes. Jim put his empty pot on the floor and many of his colleagues laughed. A few felt sorry for him!

When the CEO arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted his young executives.

Jim just tried to hide in the back.

"My, what great plants, trees, and flowers you have grown," said the CEO.

"Today one of you will be appointed the next CEO!"

All of a sudden, the CEO spotted Jim at the back of the room with his empty pot. He ordered the financial director to bring him to the front.

Jim was terrified. He thought, "The CEO knows I'm a failure! Maybe he will have me fired!"

When Jim got to the front, the CEO asked him what had happened to his seed.

Jim told him the story.

The CEO asked everyone to sit down except Jim. He looked at Jim, and then announced to the young executives, "Here is your next Chief Executive! His name is Jim!"

Jim couldn't believe it. Jim couldn't even grow his seed. How could he be the new CEO the others said?

Then the CEO said, "One year ago today, I gave everyone in this room a seed.

I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds; they were dead - it was not possible for them to grow.

All of you, except Jim, have brought me trees and plants and flowers.

"When you found that the seed would not grow, you substituted another seed for the one I gave you. Jim was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the new Chief Executive!"

Moral:

If you plant honesty, you will reap trust

If you plant goodness, you will reap friends.

If you plant humility, you will reap greatness.

If you plant perseverance, you will reap contentment

If you plant consideration, you will reap perspective.

If you plant hard work, you will reap success.

If you plant forgiveness, you will reap reconciliation.

So, be careful what you plant now; it will determine what you will reap
later.

Dengan lafaz Bismillah

Dengan lafaz Bismillah ditemani doa semoga Allah SWT merahmati rezeki kali ini, aku dan suamiku memulakan bisnes kecik2 jadi re-seller kerepek. Nawaitu aku cuma satu, bukanlah utk menjadik kaya raya, aku nak membantu meringankan beban suami, mencari rezeki utk anak2 dan sekaligus membantu diri aku sendiri.

Alhamdulillah, dgn bantuan seorg kawan. kitaorg pegi ke Banting and jumpa pengusaha dan pembekal kerepek. Kenapa aku memilih kerepek? sebab soalan pertama yg suami aku bagi: apa benda yg aku minat? aku ske makan kepek, aku ske accessories, and a few selected interests. so, sebab tuh aku start ngan kepek. So far so good. sambutan dari rakan2 opis mmg best!!! hari2 ku bwk dlm berbelas peket insyaallah klu tak abis, tingal sepeket dua.
dah dua kali aku re-stock. nih utk raya pun dah ada requests. next, maybe Pearl and crystal plax. slow2 kayuh.

lagipun, kepek nih kudap2an yg cepat abis dan cepat org re-stock. macam aku. i know my opismates well haha. aku start tempel2 flyers kat apartment aku. tgk la camana plak. laki aku plak, kat opis dia, takleh nk full blown sgt coz dah ada pioneer jual kepek. so aku suggest, instead of jual kat opis and kacau biz org tuh, biar dia cover bahagian site plak. fair & square. lainla klunbudak2 team dia request then, itu dah down pada rezeki. wlupun org kata "best kerepek wins", aku tetap x bagi laki aku kcu biz akak tuh. sama2 tolong melayu maaaaaaaaaaaa. biar akak tuh conquer bhgn opis. ada gak budak2 opis order ngan laki aku. tapi aku x heran sebab kepek nih mmg best.

aku bukanla nk angkat bakul sendiri kan tapi sebagai pemakan kerepek legendary (haha), aku tau kerepek tuh sedap ke idok dgn tgk dan sekali rasa. org kata, gifted!! kuiuikui. kalau la aku ada rumah dan space sendiri yg luas, mau aku buat sendiri kepek2 neh. penat sket but klu supplier aku leh berjaya, knp aku takleh. takpe, insyaallah, one fine day. klu dah sampai tahap tuh, maybe aku kena resign le. nak berjaya kena full time. tap skang, beli lagi kot.

so, hari2 aku skang di bauri dgn kerepek. bawang; jejari ubi, pisang, sambal ubi, keledek, ubi pedas basah, kering, lembap..semua ada. Suhana kata kepek aku murah sebab bnyk. Yelah, niat aku bukan nk kaya. apa salahnya aku bg lebih. yg penting volume dan returning customer ramai. eh...dh kul 3. aku nk start packing lagi.

sapa2 nk order, sila la....hehe.

let it all out guys...

a weird thing just happened less than 1 min ago!! i can't blog!! i can't type in the box!! and the title had to be typed backwards...phew, it's ok now -obviously-...

yesternite, went to Redbox at Sunway Pyramid. With peeps from Valve Division and a special thansk tu Jacky Zhu from Emerson, Shanghai for joining and entertaining us. You're a great sport man!!
karaoke..just my thang..i didn't even bother bout the food in the buffet corner. my aim was the mic and hit the songs -naturally- More than 10 songs per nite!! Haven't broke my record at Alamanda tho...7 songs in an hour. Finally, a time for us to let the steam out here....err...who let the dogs out?????? we were screaming at the top of our lungs. forget bout pitching, melodi, suara perut suara tekak whatever that is..we simply sing our hearts out....great moments..expecially, on friday afternoon, we had Valve & later continued with MRO meeting. Finally, my role as MARCOM - Marketing communication- was announced. Hmm..i don't think it's THAT tough but i have to be alert, pro-active, seriously pro-active and able to juggle the balls..

lama x pegi Redbox, now they even have the band...ala..like those for Genting Park..except it's not like there's a scanner or anything. not evryone was donning that band and still survive the nite,,hehe..

updates!!!

well, i got myself a new shiny PVC totebag, a membership and membership card to err...erm...Alamanda fashion VIP la...i think so la...so , since last week, there wereinvitation sent to me on GUESS fashionshow and requires RSVP ooooo!!! naturally, i didn't go.nice bag tho. i've been sporting the bag to the office and all.PVC? who cares. as long as i can carry my stuffs around which means my whole world :P...thanks Alamanda.

On different subject - Along with my request for $$rise, came new responsibilites. In the new capacities, i need to beef up my marketing skills as i would be the marketing point for Valve Division. tough esp i hv no idea what "marketing" is all about..hehe.. special thanks to my fellow cari forumers @ sabah , thanks for all the tips y'all !!! yesterday got my 1st assignment. no so bad as i need to update the info & pics in our website. not MY responsibility entirely, few ppl are involved. As of today, few new assignments.. nvmd, i asked for it myself!! so, try do keep up and perform je la...hope $$ is good tho.. still haven't discuss em yet.

Again, on another different subject -Ida's bro involved in an accident. He was on motorbike and he hit a car - drunk driver + car no gas + stopped w/o warning- so, clearly who's fault la. According to Ida, the bro got no choice but to slide his motorbike under the car rather than superman into the other lane and got hit by a trailer. worst yet, to the left, he would have fallen onto Jalan ampang as he was on the flyover in front of ampang point. The drunk driver got the cheek to scold the bro for hitting his car!! bloody hell. Lucky, the bro got a friend with him. The bro not so lucky tho. Both legs broken and the tulang broken into 3 points. Sib baik x hancur. Na'uzubillah. What caught my attention was:
1. The bro lying beside the road at 12 midnite. The phone call to 999 was passed around like it was choosing baju kat pasar malam. No luck with HKL and Ampang Puteri, lastly an ambulance from HUKM came only 1 hour after that.
2. 3am reached HUKM and he was attended to only at 7am!!! er..erk..does the word Emergency rings any bell????? arghhhh...weekend menas no doctor around????
3. After 7, a FEMALE NURSE tried to lift him up ALONE!!! waaa.....kakak...supergal aaaaa you. His exact phrase was "aku tampor engko kang" ...then, only a few male nurse were called in to help...common sense laaaaaaaaaaa...mamat tuh berat, bole ke angkat budak lelaki tuh kak oiii..nak nanes aku

as of today, both legs were operated and besi were out in. Ida siap amik pics lagi.gerun aku. anyway, i wish him well.

sense??? wjut sense?

Take this test!

Doing things by the book. That's your style. Not one to rock the boat, you know that there is a time and a place for everything like how much to tip a server or when to keep your opinions to yourself. It's that keen awareness of right and wrong that helps you make a decision quickly and efficiently so you can move on to the next issue of the day.

Friends probably admire your ability to think on your feet and have confidence in your choices. And that's what makes you a good leader. So keep moving smoothly down the road of life. You're sure to go places!

make-up stories....

Take this test!

Whether you pile on the products or keep it to a minimum, your makeup style — like your fashion sense — is trendy, imaginative, and always subject to change. You might gather information and inspiration from magazines, the catwalk, movies (new and old), even strangers on the sidewalk — but one thing is for sure, you've always got your eyes peeled for the freshest looks, newest techniques, and hottest products.

One day you might concentrate on making your eyes and hair retro for a '70s-inspired dance party, the next day, you're trying out shimmery blush and frosted lips as an ode to the '80s. Regardless of which decade — past, present, or future — you're representing, what's most important is that your look expresses your current mood and shows people that you are adventurous with fashion, open to new ideas and experimentation, and oftentimes, leading the way.
